Since 1997 John Swinney has established a first-class record as a constituency MP and MSP.

John holds regular surgeries across Perthshire North during the parliamentary term, as well as meeting constituents on an ad-hoc basis.

If attending a local surgery or in-person meeting is difficult for you, John can be contacted using the online surgery form or phoning his local constituency office. The constituency office is open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
